Chaos to Boss Coaching
Hi, I’m Nastassia — an Executive Function & Family Systems Coach with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, a psychology background, and nearly two decades of hands‑on experience supporting real humans through real‑life chaos. Before coaching, I spent 19 years as a CNA, served as a two‑time combat veteran, trained others in CPR, and worked across multiple ABA roles — delivering therapy, mentoring, tutoring, and building entry‑level trainee and parent‑friendly curricula.
And because I don’t do anything halfway, I once juggled (all at the same time) two ABA jobs, two internships, graduate school, volunteering in both my daughters’ classrooms, and volunteer service work with five organizations. Supporting people isn’t just something I do — it’s the thread that’s run through my entire life. My approach is neurodivergent‑friendly, culturally responsive, trauma‑informed, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves support that honors their lived experience.
Clarity & Structure
Reduce overwhelm and create routines that actually work for your brain.
Who I Work With
I support adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, scattered, or exhausted from trying to keep up with life’s demands. Whether you’re neurodivergent, suspect you might be, or simply feel like your brain works differently — you’re welcome here. My coaching is built for real humans with real lives, real chaos, and real responsibilities.
Emotional Load Support
Tools for decision fatigue, burnout, and the invisible work you carry.
Family Systems Coaching
Support for parenting, communication, and ND‑friendly home dynamics.
What to Expect in Coaching
My approach is warm, collaborative, and shame‑free. We focus on clarity, structure, emotional load, and practical tools that fit your actual life — not unrealistic systems or “shoulds.” Every session is tailored to your brain, your goals, and your capacity.
