ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Nastassia — a neurodivergent mom, wife, coach, and human who has lived through enough chaos to know that “getting your life together” isn’t about perfection. It took me years to let go of the idea that perfection was the goal — and when I finally did, it was honestly one of the most freeing moments of my life. Now I help other overwhelmed humans find clarity, structure, and breathing room without pretending life is a color‑coded Pinterest board.

MY STORY

I grew up navigating instability, neurodivergence, and survival‑mode living — long before I had the language for any of it. I’ve lived through homelessness, dropping out, and rebuilding my life from places most people don’t talk about. Those experiences shape how deeply I understand the people I support. Stability wasn’t something I knew until adulthood — and that’s a big part of why I care so much about helping people build lives that feel grounded, doable, and genuinely their own.

Compassion over perfection

We don’t chase flawless routines — we build flexible ones that honor your humanity.

MY APPROACH

MY WHY

I coach because I know what it feels like to be capable and still overwhelmed, smart and still stuck, caring and still exhausted. I spent years trying to “fix” myself before realizing I was never broken — I was just unsupported, overloaded, and trying to survive systems that weren’t built for my brain. Now I help other people unlearn the shame, pressure, and perfectionism that keep them stuck, and build lives that feel grounded, doable, and genuinely their own.

MY VALUES

Neurodivergent‑affirming support

Your brain isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a system to understand, support, and celebrate.

Realistic, sustainable systems

No color‑coded fantasies. No “just be consistent.” We build what actually works for your life.

My coaching is collaborative, shame‑free, and deeply human.

I don’t hand you a rigid plan and expect you to magically become a different person. We work together — with curiosity, compassion, and a whole lot of “let’s figure out what actually works for your brain.”

You bring your lived experience. I bring mine. And together, we build something sustainable.

Humor + Humanity

We can laugh, cry, and problem‑solve in the same session. It’s all welcome here.

MY CREDENTIALS

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rollins College and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. I’ve worked in the ABA field since 2017, supporting families, parents, caregivers, and neurodivergent adults through real‑life challenges — not textbook scenarios.

Before coaching, I served as a two‑time OIF veteran and spent 19 years working as a CNA, supporting people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I’ve spent the last eight years in Applied Behavior Analysis, and I’m now a certified CPR/First Aid/AED and BLS instructor as I work my way toward becoming a certified behavior analyst.

My background is a blend of science, service, grit, and heart — and all of it informs the way I support people today.Y

MY VIBE

Warm.

Quirky.

Real.

Trauma‑informed.

ND‑affirming.

Zero judgment.

Plenty of compassion.

A little chaotic.

A lot human.

If you’re looking for a coach who understands the messy, overloaded, beautifully imperfect reality of being a person — you’re in the right place.
